Thursday, July 17, Magnolia Multi Service Center 7037 Capitol St. Free spraying and neutering is available from the SNAP Mobile Spray-Neuter clinic to Harris County residents who qualify. Clients will be selected from a lottery which will begin as early as 6:30 AM. The Lottery starts when the SNAP advance person arrives on site. All dogs & cats should be a minimum of 4 months old and maximum of 8 years old.
Qualifications: to qualify, proof of participation in one of the following programs is required: Food stamps, Harris Health system eligibility program, free lunch, Medicaid, major VA disability, section 8 housing, SSI/SSD, TANF, CHIP, or WIC. If you do not qualify, please call 713-862-8001 for information on reduced-cost spaying & neutering.
Remember no food for your dog/cat after 10 PM the night prior to surgery.
Exemptions to this rule are dogs/cats 4-6 months old. All animals must be brought on a leash or in a carrier.
